Plus One Berlin gives you a stylish, ecological apartment to stay in `Kreuzkölln`, an exciting and non-touristy neighbourhood of Berlin, and the opportunity to be the `plus one` of a well-connected and knowledgeable local of your choice. As their `plus one` you`re given a one-of-a-kind insight in to Berlin life and can discover a side to the city that only locals see.
The nightly rate from EUR 120 includes accommodation and one experience per stay. You can take your pick from over 30 locals and choose when you want to hang out with them and for how long. The locals have been chosen for their knowledge and passion for the city and have different nationalities, professions and interests.
The apartment sleeps one to three people and has been designed by two Berlin-based architects using a combination of new and salvaged materials. The space features a 42" flat-screen TV with Cable, WiFi, iPod dock, and kitchenette with fridge, kettle and toaster. For your stay you will receive: luxurious Ila Spa toiletries; towels; a P1B illustrated map of the local area; a P1B key ring that gives you a discount at local businesses; and a surprise food or beverage treat.
